Meditation made Simple

We’ve all heard how beneficial daily Meditation can be for our mental and physical health. It has even been scientifically proven to lower blood pressure, reduce stress and ease depression. 
So you say you haven’t got time? Or you don’t know how? Or you can’t sit in a Lotus position on the floor? Guess what? None of these reasons matter! 
Achieving meditation is as easy as taking 5 minutes out of your day at a time where you feel relaxed and comfy. I practice right before bedtime or always before I commence a Reiki Healing on my clients. 
Try it by quieting your mind and just breathing, imagine a simple coloured light of your choice beaming down through your Crown Chakra and out through the soles of your feet. Let go of any stress from the day and just be, unclench your jaw, loosen and drop your shoulders....see it feels better already right? Next concentrate on every part of your body being filled with light and healing relaxation. Imagine the colour your body craves. This should resonate with a Chakra you feel perhaps needs attention. It’s beneficial to hold a crystal also as this connects energy with you and also offers natural healing. 
So no more excuses of no time, can’t do it, and they many more reasons we throw out there! You can do it and your mindset will feel so much healthier and so will your body. Namaste my friends.
