CHAKRA: Sacral, Throat and Third Eye

I have created these healing pouches based on my knowledge gained from my Crystal Healing Certification. These pouches are designed to help us by engaging our physical, etheric, astral and mental bodies. These all form together and create our persona.

Crystal healing works by restoring balance on our etheric body before the illness manifests further. The Etheric body is a duplicate of our physical body and radiates around 4 inches above and is a higher vibration.

The etheric appears as a fine grey mist and does not filter bad or good vibes. This is when crystal healing is used to remove the blocks and restore healthy flow.

I recommend you leave these stones on or around your body for at least 15- 20 minutes to allow their energies to take effect. Crystals can become more powerful when used repeatedly for the same purpose.

There is nothing worse than a headache to ruin you day or night...

Sometimes stress, hormones and imbalances are the cause, these stones work on those aspects to bring some relief when needed

I find amethyst a big help for me with hormonal headaches each month, it is all I need for some balance

Metaphysically healing for headaches especially stress induced, insomnia and migraines. Dip the stone in water and place on the third eye whilst resting and receive the energies

WHITE HOWLITE ~ diffuses anger and stress and replaces with harmony and calming vibes from within. It also aids in peaceful sleeping and dreaming. Howlite is a stone of spirituality that connects us with our higher self and the Divine

SODALITE: a stone that balances our mind with emotions and encourages sleep. Sodalite has a strong vibration that will stimulate your ideas and allow you to act upon them. Asociated with a balance between our mind and emotions. Also eases panic attacks

CLEAR QUARTZ POINT : white light ray of healing, harmony, removes pain for body, removes negative energy and blocks. Metaphysically healing for insomnia, headaches, menopausal symptoms and inflammation

These stones have been chosen to compliment each other with their healing vibrations 

Place beside your bedside or under your pillow for healing energies whilst sleeping

Use the stones on your forehead and third eye chakra whilst resting for 15 minutes to receive healing vibrations

Remember to always cleanse the negative vibes absorbed by your stones after each use

You may use white sage, palo santo smudging or singing bowls to do so or you preferred method

Place them in the Sun for an hour or so inside or outside to recharge for next use

This keeps them happy, cleansed and ready to programme for next healing
