How to make the perfect cup of HOLISTIC WELL-BEING:

Serving Suggestion: 1-2 tea spoons (less is more with Hibiscus)
Brewing option 1: 250ml of water brewed at 100 degrees for 1-3 minutes, strain and serve
Tip: Holistic Wellbeing tea tastes fantastic when its chilled with a few ice cubes, especially on a hot Summer's day. 

HOLISITIC WELLBEING TEA is 35grams and has a shelf life of 18 months after opening. To ensure your organic tea blend stays fresh and delicious, keep jar out of direct sunlight and store in a cool dry place. 

All glass tea jars have been sterilised for your convenience
