CHAKRA: Heart and Throat 

I have created these healing pouches based on my knowledge gained from my Crystal Healing Certification. These pouches are designed to help us by engaging our physical, etheric, astral and mental bodies. These all form together and create our persona.

Crystal healing works by restoring balance on our etheric body before the illness manifests further. The Etheric body is a duplicate of our physical body and radiates around 4 inches above and is a higher vibration.

The etheric appears as a fine grey mist and does not filter bad or good vibes. This is when crystal healing is used to remove the blocks and restore healthy flow.

I recommend you leave these stones on or around your body for at least 15- 20 minutes to allow their energies to take effect. Crystals can become more powerful when used repeatedly for the same purpose.

We may have an addiction or lack will power & inner strength at times, sometimes we need to change our mindset to put us on a more healthy path

SODALITE ~ Resonates and connects with our mind and emotions, strong energy vibrations. Sodalite brings a calming and cooling effect with its energies

Sodalite has a strong vibration that will stimulate your ideas and allow you to act upon them. Associated with a balance between our mind and emotions. Also eases panic attacks

AMAZONITE ~ brings strength and courage, but also calms our system. 

Amazonite removes negative energy, irritability or energy blocks in the body. It also helps us manifest universal love and peace. It provides protection against electromagnetic pollution, when placed near devices.

MOOKAITE ~ Is an Australian Jasper with strong connections to Mother Earth and grounding energies

Jaspers are metamorphic undergoing repeated changes from heat, movement and pressure from Mother Earth that gives them their inner strength

DUMORTIERITE ~ is a beautiful deep denim blue crystal that is linked with the planet Uranus,  as the planet and the crystal both represent change that may come in unexpected ways and forms

It is a stone of patience and brings insight and personal spiritual growth. Emotionally good to release anger or negative vibes you may be holding onto. Used during anger management it provides healing energies to release any baggage you have pent up

You may also place them in them in your bra, pocket or purse to receive crystal vibes whenever needed

Place them under your pillow or bedside for healing energies whilst sleeping

Remember to always cleanse the negative vibes absorbed by your stones after each use

You may use white sage, palo santo smudging or singing bowls to do so or you preferred method

Place them in the Sun for an hour or so inside or outside to recharge for next use

This keeps them happy, cleansed and ready to programme for healing.
