Cleanse Charge Program ~ My Mantra for Crystals
All our crystals have been cleansed and Reiki Infused by me when you receive them. This means they have been cleared of all other energy they have absorbed during their journey worldwide to us.
Reiki energy is amazing and you may feel a wide range of emotions when you feel your new stones! Next step is for you to put your own energy into them. Think of your intentions and off you go! Tune them into your unique frequency.
By following a few easy steps, they will be high vibrations 24\7 and keep you healing naturally.
So let’s cleanse, charge, and program them on a regular basis to keep them healthy, vibrant and filled with amplified and positive energies
I have included some of my favourite preferences & others which you may try. Always do what feels right for you. We are all individual just like our crystals!
CLEANSING
I prefer and always use White Sage Smudge Sticks with Abalone Shell and Feather, this removes negative energies, lower vibrations and instills positive and fresh energy. This is a traditional Native American approach. It also allows you to bless your crystals and yourself during your saging ceremony/ritual.
Sage smoke will never damage any crystal and will cleanse every crystal in your collection. I find this the easiest and safest method. Plus,
I have hundreds to cleanse each week! I also use a Tibetan Singing Bowl for sound vibration cleansing. Smaller tumbles may be placed inside the bowl while cleansing also.
Crystals may be placed in a large group, for both white sage and sound cleansing, just ensure the sound and smoke passes through and around them all evenly.
~Citrine clusters may also be used by placing your crystals gently on it or beside.
~Sunlight is also safe, just don't leave them in direct hot sun for prolonged periods of time
~Water and ocean, ensure your crystal type can be cleansed in water before using this method
~ visualisation, use your positive thought of white light flowing around and removing any negative vibes from your stones
~ burying in the earth overnight also works, ensure soil is not wet and gently cover your stones
CHARGING
Crystals love charging in the Full Moon each month. They may be left outside in a safe place or inside on your window where they receive moonlight
Sunlight is another way to charge and energise your crystals for a few hours
The use of a Clear Quartz Generator placed in the centre of a circle with the stones around the outside, this will energise them all evenly
Amethyst Clusters will also amplify smaller crystal pieces in their surrounds or place them on the Cluster
Selenite Generators or Charging Plates are another option, plates work by placing smaller stones on or touching the surface
PROGRAMMING
Crystals need us to tell them what healing we require of them, otherwise they remain just a pretty looking stone without really sharing their energies with you!
To programme for intent hold your crystals in your palm and place before your Third Eye Chakra
With relaxed thought and mind speak to your crystal and tell it your wishes and manifestations
You may wish for, health & harmony, inner balance, abundance and success, happiness, love, good health, prosperity etc.
Use the appropriate crystal type for your desired outcome and energies
Use your Third Eye centre to visualise a picture of your desires to your crystals whilst asking for its help and energies
Always give thanks to your crystal and the Universe for the healing vibes and energies being given

Jewellery Conversion Chart for our Rings
All our jewellery is made Overseas by our Silversmiths
It uses US sizing which is numerals
AU uses initials which are easily converted using our chart below
All silver is genuine .925 and it may be worn everyday without issue
However, do not wear in the ocean, spas or swimming pools.
Perfumes, body oils, natural body acids and lotions can also affect crystals and silver, if used directly on the skin where the jewellery is placed.
Your jewellery may become tarnished, damaged or the stones visibly duller and we are not liable for this.
We are also not liable if you drop or knock your ring, earrings, or pendant and the stones fall out or become loose.
We do not refund for change of mind, wrong sizing or incorrect choices
We follow health standards and no jewellery has been worn, exchanged or sold previously

Due to the nature of crystals we do not offer refunds or exchanges once your items have been shipped.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges simply because you changed your mind. We operate in accordance with the Fair Trading Act of QLD.
We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind. If you decide to cancel all or part of your order before it is shipped you will incur a 10% cancellation fee. This covers our time, and for the cost of materials we have used in packaging the products.
All weights and measurements are approximate that we list on each crystal description. We cannot be exact as everyone uses a different scale, measuring device e.g tape measure, ruler, food scales. We do our best to ensure details are correct. Why would we not? We are honest and ethical and include a hand shot as a size reference just to be sure too!

When you can get a refund
Refunds aren’t always an automatic right. Businesses don’t have to give you a refund if you:
- change your mind
- buy the wrong size
- buy the wrong colour.
Some businesses still offer refunds in these situations. This is their choice and not a legal requirement.
You are always entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if a consumer guarantee is not met. The remedy you're entitled to will depend on whether the issue is major or minor. This applies to faulty/damaged items.
In the event you change your mind on a purchase and we allow the return to us, we do charge a restocking fee for this. We deduct 10% from the sale, to cover our time, restocking, packaging costs and boxes used.
Always choose carefully, we aren’t responsible for an incorrect size, or you changing your mind. And, legally we do not have to oblige a refund nor exchange for this.
We act in accordance with the Fair Trading Act of QLD and are an ethical and registered Australian Business.
~ In the event of a damaged or broken item during shipping we will always give a full refund or replacement of the crystal/item if one is still available. However most crystals are unique, so it will never be exact.
~ We do require a photograph of the broken crystal/item within 48 hrs at most, upon receiving your parcel. Including the box and wrapping we sent it in.
~ We are not responsible if you resent the item to another person as gifting, once our original packing has been opened and it becomes broken in transit.
~ Return postage is at the customers expense. A tracking number must be provided by the customer, as proof of shipping in this event. A refund is not issued until goods have been received by us.
~ If you have any problems once your order is delivered, please contact us IMMEDIATELY within 48 HOURS, so we may rectify or replace the product or crystal.

~ Any returns due to damage are to be posted within 7 days of your receiving them. After you have contacted us with photos. We have a record of when your parcel is delivered with tracking, for this reason. if the items are not received within 14 days we will not refund or credit.
~ All jewellery is not exchangeable nor refunds given for health regulations. It is not refundable after being shipped. A refund will be issued if a fault or breakage in transit occurs. We require proof of photograph in this event.
~ We are not responsible for any item that is lost in the mail. When tracking shows that your item was delivered to your shipping address, we are not held liable if that parcel goes missing, if your home is unattended.
Australia Post usually leave it in a safe drop spot or they will take it back to the PO and issue you a collection note.
Some customers request leaving at the front door, this is at your own risk. We are not liable if Australia Post advises it was delivered, and you don’t receive it, due to theft.
~ If your parcel is lost by Australia Post YOU MUST lodge a dispute by quoting them your tracking number we provided. We cannot do this on your behalf. It is your responsibility to follow up on delays or parcels lost.
We issue you tracking details to use and keep yourself updated, in case a problem arises.
~ Overseas orders are not in our jurisdiction once they leave Australia, we cannot be held liable for custom charges, loss, delays or theft in your country. We do not give refunds for parcels not received overseas. We provide your tracking number as proof of your goods being shipped, for you to monitor once they depart Australia.
~ ABOUT CRYSTALS AND METAPHYSICAL HEALING Crystals are naturally formed within Mother Earth they are not perfect. Small imperfections may and will occur, this is not a fault but how they are created from Mother Earth.
