I use mine in crystal healings and also when I perform Reiki Scans on clients by dowsing over the chakras to ensure even energy flows or locating cold spots or blockages.
The hardest thing will be choosing your favourite crystal energy to work with, don’t second guess it. When you see it look no further as the first choice is always correct! That is lesson number one in choosing the right energy to work with.Â
Allow your mind to be relaxed and clear before commencing. I recommend blessing, protecting and smudging your surrounds before any pendulum work. I also always take at least 10 minutes to meditate prior. This keeps you safe and grounded.
